The suspect was “treated and released,” so I guess that the State Troopers didn’t kick his ass all that badly.
He was wanted on outstanding charges, which the story doesn’t reveal.
But the Department of Corrections say he was an absconder from parole. Plus he has quite a long record of failing to uphold even the very low standards expected of a resident of North Carolina.
Perhaps some corrective custody will improve his attitude. Perhaps a LOT of corrective custody.
