Cops say he knows the person who shot him.

(Victim), 32, was shot through the lower back around 11:35 p.m. on Dec. 9, a police report shows. The bullet travelled into (Victim)’s chest, causing serious injury, the report said.

Strangely enough, the cops know the victim too.
