One of the joys of living in North Carolina is that they basically aren’t going to execute anyone no matter how awful their crimes.
The man accused of raping and killing 5-year-old Shaniya Davis will stand trial in February.
This happened back in 2009 and they are just now getting to the trial. You can expect that if he’s convicted and sentenced to the death penalty, he’ll get executed right around the time that Johnny Mathis stops loving his beloved.
I can’t think of a punishment brutal enough to match the crimes he is alleged to have committed.
Put him in GP, they’ll take care of ‘that’ problem…
