Cops tend to get suspicious when you try to hide from them.

According to Cpl. Kevin Smith, an officer spotted (Suspect) riding a bicycle without lights on it at 12:18 a.m. on Dock Street. When Bellamy saw the officer, he ducked behind a Jeep

Cops caught him with a chop saw and some burglary tools. That, plus the outstanding warrant were enough to bring him in.

Well, at least he isn’t killing anyone. At least not this time.
