More insurrectionists shooting at cops

It’s the War on Cops all over again. Another person, this time in Wilmington shooting at police.

The man police say exchanged gunfire with Wilmington officers during a pursuit earlier this week has been released from the hospital and formally charged with several crimes in connection to the episode.

So which Tea Party chapter was he president of?

Would someone please explain to me how a person convicted of 2nd Degree Kidnapping doesn’t get jail time? A Class E felony with no prior convictions should have netted him 20-25 months in prison.

If I wanted to maximize societal chaos for some nefarious purpose, I’d let convicted violent criminals off easy with probation. I’d let them back out on the street where they could continue to harm people. But if I was going to be that sort of a villain, I’d at least want my own hollowed out volcano secret lair.
