Stealing gas is a douche move. This just makes it worse.
You have to be really stupid to run over a clerk’s foot and then hope she won’t write down your license plate number.
She’s not only a prolific thief, she’s just too stupid to get away with it.
And therein lies the problem. What do you do with a person with a 2-digit IQ and a lengthy criminal record? They’re unemployable, but still allowed to vote (Democrat, of course).
