No victims here

When the suspects are the victims, I think you can fairly say that there are no real victims here.

Police have arrested a second man in connection with an incident in which investigators say he and the other man shot each other last month.

As you would imagine, they appear to have been shooting at each other over drugs.

In reality the only victims are you and me. We get to pay for it all.
