Alex Arms says that they are small and relatively new, but they respect the Constitution and demand respect for it.

Alex Arms & Instruction has decided to adopt as policy that will not sell firearms and accessories to any state or governmental agency in any state that prohibits the possession or use of said item by its citizens.
