One more added makes 101
King Armory has always made the same products available to civilians that we sell to law enforcement, military, and gov’t agencies. The 2nd Amendment of the Constitution is pretty clear when it states:
Nowhere in that statement is there any mention of “hunting” or “sporting purpose” and it specifically prohibits the restriction of arms to the public. Although federal, state, and city governments have chosen to violate these rights, we have not and will not…..ever.
Most years our sales to LE account for about 50% of our business as most of our key products are designed specifically for police/military use. However, it is also our policy that the citizen is truly the “first line of defense” in protecting their home, their city, and ultimately their country and it would be an unforgivable disservice to deny them the same tools that we make available to the “second line of defense” such as police, military, and other agencies.
Our standing policy is that we will NOT make exceptions for LE/gov’t agencies in states that prohibit their own citizens from owning the same items. If a particular product is not allowed for the true “first responders”, we are not going to sell it to members of a reactionary force who will show up later to deal with the aftermath of an incident that has most likely already finished by they time they arrive. This sort of “special privilege” makes as much sense as making lug wrenches and jacks only available to tow truck drivers, yet the idiots (yes, IDIOTS) in gov’t still push for legislation that supports this sort of illogical reasoning. If it is important enough for members of the LE/gov’t community to have yet verboten for the public, we DO NOT want to do business with you, feel free to take your business to one of the ever-decreasing number of vendors who will turn a blind eye to this injustice you are foisting upon the law-abiding citizens of this country.
Thanks King Armory. You’ve been added to the New York Boycott list.
