So let’s say you’re 17, already in a “Juvenile Justice Facility,” and you get a weekend pass. What would you do? Pizza party? Chase women?
Authorities say a 17-year-old out for the weekend from a juvenile justice facility was shot and killed during a Halifax County home invasion.
Sheriff Jeff Frazier says a resident fired at four people as they were trying to get into an Enfield home at around 4 a.m. Saturday.
So he got together with three friends and tried to rob a home at 4 AM. At least two of the three friends were known to the cops.
The best part of the story is reported by NBC17
The occupant of the home got into a scuffle with the suspects at the door, picked up a weapon dropped by one of those trying to get inside, and opened fire. According to Capt. L.J. Burch, several shots were exchanged, one of the bullets killing the teen.
So the kid was shot with a gun that he and his friends brought to the scene of the crime. That’s poetic justice.
They say that birds of a feather flock together. Well one got shot down. It’s only a matter of time before the other three find out how they like living in a cage.
