Police say one of two men accused of robbing a SunTrust bank in Durham Monday was out on bond on a murder charge.
(Suspect 1) was free on bond awaiting trial in the death of an 83-year-old man in 2010. George Junior Pratt was robbed and shot twice in the leg as he sat in his car on Franklin Street. He later died of complications from his injuries.
