Nick Tilotta President

Badlands Arsenal

Badlands Arsenal is 100% dedicated to the Second Amendment Rights of The People of the United States. We believe that all law-abiding citizens should have the Right to Keep and Bare Arms of the same quality and capability as the United States Military, in respect to small arms and weapons accessories. We understand that hand grenades and F-18s are not appropriate for ownership by civilians, or for the Muslim Brotherhood. We are not claiming that every home in America should be armed with a 40mm grenade launcher. Although it would be extremely fun and useful for tree stump removal, it is just not something that the general public should be able to buy at their local gun shop. We will not sell any firearms, equipment or ammunition to any Gov’t or LE entity that restricts it’s citizens Rights but do not abide by those restrictions themselves. We use common sense. We do not support any current Gun Control legislation. We do not advocate violence. We do not hate children. We do love America. We do love Freedom. We do love Liberty. We will not give up our guns. All questions and comments can be submitted through the contact form below. We will not tolerate threatening behaviors, crude language or insults, so please proofread your questions and comments before submitting.

We at Armtac deeply believe in the rights of all US Citizens under the 2nd Amendment to bear arms, all arms.

With that being said, we will NOT sell any restricted item to any Law Enforcement Agency of ANY state that restricts its citizens rights to bear arms. That includes California, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota and any others that want to join suit.

Our basic policy is this: If Joe Q. Public can’t have it, Johnny Law can’t either. Period. Those who know us well can say that we didn’t have to write this down, but we want to make sure the world knows it.

Thanks for everyone’s support.

Element Arms

There have been lots of people asking about what is going on in Minnesota and in the Great USA with the Ban of Military style weapons, Hi Cap Mags and Law Enforcement. Well as everyone who comes to Element Arms knows or will know our opinion.

Element Arms is a specialty store that Deals in Military style rifle as such as the AR-15. My Employees and I have been in the Firearms industry since 1999. This is what we know and this is what we deal with.

Element Arms deals in the so called hi cap magazines (not clips).

Element Arms will not sell to Law Enforcement Agencies that supports the Ban of these firearms and Magazines. A few weeks back President Obama was in Minnesota with a group of Law Enforcement behind him. We have sent several letter out and verbally cancelled orders to these departments. We will not sell to agencies or Federal agencies that are for this!

Even though we love to support our nations law enforcement agencies. We will not sell any item to any agency that restricts said item to its civilians.

  1. I do like the idea of this boycott, but is it really doing any good?
    Sincerely Stepinit

  2. Yes. Basically every company is having to discuss their options. They don’t want to get crossways with their real customers.
